Post-Jam updates!

This update addresses the usual bugs and rough edges that all jam games have.

• Fixed camera so it doesn't go crazy when the car flips
• Everything can now be done with the controller. You don't need to use the mouse to input scores
• Reduced the chances of getting in a difficult jam on the first curve
• Added some more barrels around the track
• Adjusted audio levels so things can be heard over the music
• You can now pause and quit the game by pressing Start on the controller or ESC on the keyboard
• There's a loading animation
