New version of Kill Yourself uploaded

No new content in this update but there is a nice collection of bug fixes.

• Level 7 no longer needs to be reset if the gun is blocked while the dropgate is down.
• Sounds play for walking and landing.
• Corpse blocks bullets more effectively.
• Cannot spawn an infinitely tall tower of corpses.
• Button no longer jitters when corpse is spawning. Level 3 dropgate now stays down instead of noisily twitching.
• Cannot kill yourself during the win animation.
• Cannot win during suicide animation.
• Less likely to get stuck playing the wrong animation.
