Another new version of Kill Yourself uploaded

Dan has another small bundle of bug fixes and tweaks for you.

• Can't move during the victory animation.
• Fires now make sounds.
• Redid the conveyor belt animation so it looks better.
• Crusher makes sound on hitting floor.
• Crusher now destroys the player mid-suicide instead of allowing the animation to complete.
• Death sounds now play reliably.
• Death animations now play reliably.
• Adjusted Level 7 so that the crusher button can't be held down by a corpse placed too close to it.
• Destroying a corpse releases the button it's sitting on. This makes level 9 work correctly.
• Quitting requires holding the button down for a little while.
• Resetting also requires holding the button down for a little while.
• No goats should be floating in the air anymore.
